Dr. Albert Cheng is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Education Reform in the College of Education and Health Professions at the University of Arkansas, where he teaches courses in education policy and philosophy. His research focuses on character formation, faith-based schools, and school choice. He is a Senior Fellow at Cardus, an affiliated research fellow at the Program on Education Policy and Governance at Harvard University, and a former math teacher at James Logan High School in Union City, California. 

Cardus is a non-partisan, faith-based think tank and registered charity dedicated to promoting a flourishing society.
