  1. Once you understand the importance of abortion and gay rights and how they are used as wedge issue for the parties, you will not understand why little will be done about those issues. I no longer let those issues alone in a determination of my vote. There is much more to social and political life than those issues, not that I don’t care about them but my vote will not be solely on them.

  2. The President has little to do with the abortion debate, except in the realm of judicial nominations, which our current pro-life President has done well, Roberts and Alito are great examples.

The abortion debate will only be truly settled when the issue can get back to where it belongs. Out of the courts, and into the realm of referendum.

  3. It was “let’s actually reduce the number of abortions, something the current pro-life president hasn’t done in his 8 years of office.”
