D.<\/strong>, is the founding president of the <em><a href=\"http:\/\/religiousfreedomandbusiness.org\/\">Religious Freedom &amp;  Business Foundation<\/a><\/em>, a corporate trainer, and a leading scholar on  international religious demography, and the pioneer of the study of the socioeconomic  impact of religious freedom.<br><br> Brian is the creator of the first fully global measures of religious freedom for  countries of the world, and the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/religiousfreedomandbusiness.org\/redi\">Corporate Religious Equity and Diversity  Inclusion (REDI) Index<\/a><\/strong>, which establishes a new benchmark for annual assessment of the state of corporate America\u2019s inclusion of religion as an  integral part of its diversity initiatives.
