Michigan state Rep. Fulton Sheen says he changed sides primarily because Romney opposes replacing the income tax with a national sales tax.<\/p>\n<p>But Sheen, the great-nephew and namesake of a legendary Roman Catholic bishop, also suggested Huckabee has a steadfastness on social issues such as abortion and gay marriage that Romney lacks.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur country needs a leader whose \u2018yes\u2019 is yes and whose \u2018no\u2019 is no,\u201d said Sheen, paraphrasing the words of Jesus. \u201cWe need a leader who knows what he believes and doesn\u2019t buckle down under political pressure or have polls tell him what to think and say.\u201d Asked for the name of an evangelical pastor who supports Romney, Sheen told the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette: \u201cI\u2019m sure there\u2019s got to be some.
