Jakes weighs in on biracial kids’ ‘curse’<\/p>\n The Book of Mormon states in 2 Nephi chapter 5<\/a>that in order to punish “white” and “delightsome” but sinful Native Americans, “the Lord God did cause a skin of blackness to come upon them. …And cursed shall be the seed of him that mixeth with their seed; for they shall be cursed even with the same cursing.”<\/p>\n So was dark skin the result of a divine curse and did God curse the “seed” (or offspring) of biracial couples?
