PRESIDENT’S DAY: George Washington on the Blessings of Religious Liberty

RNS: More US firms are boosting faith-based support for employees

More than 20% of the Fortune 100 have established faith-based employee resource groups, according to an AP examination and there’s a high-powered conference taking place this week in Washington aimed at expanding those ranks.

“Corporate America is at a tipping point toward giving religion similar attention to that given the other major diversity categories,” says Brian Grim, founder and president of the Religious Freedom & Business Foundation that’s co-hosting the conference along with the Catholic University of America’s Busch School of Business.

Today’s Guest: Dr. Brian Grim

Brian Grim, Ph. D., is the founding president of the Religious Freedom & Business Foundation, a corporate trainer, and a leading scholar on international religious demography, and the pioneer of the study of the socioeconomic impact of religious freedom.

Brian is the creator of the first fully global measures of religious freedom for countries of the world, and the Corporate Religious Equity and Diversity Inclusion (REDI) Index, which establishes a new benchmark for annual assessment of the state of corporate America’s inclusion of religion as an integral part of its diversity initiatives. His widely reported research finds that religion contributes $1.2 trillion to the U.S. economy annually, more than the combined revenues of the top 10 technology U.S. companies including Apple, Amazon and Google.

Albert Mohler: A Word to Southern Baptists

Is Dr. Mohler suggesting in the above link that because missions and evangelism are the ‘animating passions of the SBC,’ the present controversies over gender roles, critical race theory, and intersectionality should be ignored?
