Taylor Police Chief Dale Tamsen and David Edwards on the Sentencing of Tyress Mathews

My nephew, Corporal Matthew Edwards of the Taylor (MI) Police Department, was killed in the Line of Duty on July 23, 2010 by Tyress Mathews. Mathews was found guilty on five counts in my nephew’s murder on November 11, 2011. He was sentenced to life without parole by Judge Ulysses Boykin on November 28, 2011.
